New Leaf Fitness and Spa, the Mandarin and the Barn were hosts to the Lawrence County CEO group on Wednesday. Josh DeCausey, General Manager talked with the group about the many businesses under the New Leaf umbrella. Besides the ones named above Cocos and the Buttercream Bakeroom are also under the umbrella. Josh talked about his role and some of the challenges he has faced. Working with vendors to ensure you have product and managing employees were just two he mentioned. Making sure you are staffed at a level to deliver premiere service is at the top of his list. Your customers are your best marketing tool. They will spread the word about the services they received. Josh told the group there may be changes coming to the Mandarin.
