Class Business meeting. Tuesday the class interviewed possible caterers for their upcoming Celebrity Basketball/Dinner/Silent Auction. The class developed expectations for their possible caterers and asked lots of questions. During the interviews the class learned what a caterer must consider as a they determine their cost per person. They also learned how to negotiate to get what they wanted at a cost they can afford. The class selected a caterer and will be notifying all who spoke to the class. Some great lessons were learned by the class. Now on to getting teams for their tournament and items for their silent auction.
