Wednesday Off the Square hosted the Lawrence County CEO class. Cody Bobe and Brady Schultz owners shared some great tips and information with the class.
—Love what you do. If you love what you do it won’t seem like a job.
—Have a vision. Both Cody and Brady had a vision to provide good, healthy, high quality food to their customers. They both are very passionate about trying to make their food healthier.
—People are the most important aspect of business. Listen to your customers. Listen to your employees. Your employees deserve respect and must be trained and given the tools to be successful. Their success in turn produces business success.
Cody and Brady also have apartments above their business. These apartments provide another revenue source. Having multiple revenue sources can provide other avenues of cash flow. Their AirBNB is very nice.
