What a great way to start a Tuesday!! With ice cream. Dairy Dee in Sumner hosted the Lawrence County CEO class on Tuesday. Eldon and Janice Scherer talked to the class about the Dairy Dee. Hearing about how they calculate food prices was very interesting. This information will prove to be valuable as each entrepreneur begins developing their business. Determining a price for your good or service has always been an aspect of their businesses that the class has struggled. Pricing your product or service to cover your costs plus building in a profit can be tricky. Janice did remind the class to research their competition but always have confidence in their abilities and product/service. Believe in yourself and be prepared for challenges. Always remember providing good customer service is number one for your business. If you make a mistake own it and make it right for the customer.
