Last week Todd Gray with Gray’s Restaurant visited the Lawrence County CEO class. As many know Gray’s closed after over seven decades in Lawrence County. Todd’s family started the restaurant with the goal of providing quality, delicious food. The friendly, atmosphere and customer service are remembered by many. Todd talked about the importance of return business. Many of his customers returned because of the consistent quality of food and economical prices. It can be difficult to keep prices affordable while being able to turn a profit. Inventory control and buying quality product at the best price are challenges every business faces today.
