Friday Bright Start Day Care hosted the Lawrence County CEO group. Amy Marley, Administrator LCHD talked with the group. Amy shared that there is a huge need for affordable daycare in our area. Many families must travel several miles to find daycare. Currently Bright Start has a waiting list. We were able to tour the facility and see some of the educational lessons their teachers were leading. The entire group remarked they did not know all the regulations Bright Start must follow. We all agreed it is great to have a daycare like Bright Start in our community. Thank you Amy and your staff for a great tour.
